Outstanding service from Tim`s
I was surprised to read about the 2 unhappy customers from 2008 because we have been to Tim`s 3 times in the last 3 months due to young male drivers in the family and we could not be happier with the high quality work, competitive price, quick turnaround, and the professional interaction with the owners and staff. A very nice touch is that we get the cars back spotless inside and out. We had no prior knowledge of Ti... view morem`s or anyone who works there - they were recommended by R. Mayer tow truck company. We highly recommend Tim`s.

My car looks amazing! I had to take my car to Tim`s on two different occassions and both times I had the best customer service. The quality of work was second to none! They are quick and easy to do business with! I highly recommend this body shop for all your collision and auto paint needs! Thank you for two jobs well done!

auto body repair
my car was hit on the driver`s side and the insurance co. recommended tim`s. i took iy there, and could not have been met by nicer people. they even offered me coffee. they explained to me in detail the work that would be done and how long it would take. it took the exact time (3 days) that they said and the work was beautiful. couldn`t even tell it was hit.

These guys are nice enough when you drop your vehicle off, but once they get the process underway, it`s really slipshod. Some of the actual workers in the back know their stuff inside and out so it is entirely possible they can do a really good job on a vehicle that can honestly be repaired.
My experience was horrible, though not entirely their fault. They contributed to a terrible accident experience by bein... view moreg way too eager to go along with the insurance company`s plan to repair an unrepairable vehicle. The made over $8000 on this deal and I had to take my car back to them because even though they had it for 45 days, it all looked completed at the last minute.
Edges were rough, there was some sort of rough overspray all over the front end of the car (It was rear-ended). There were handprints that were either solvent eating into the clear coat, or something rough deposited from carelessness. I am STILL finding slack paint work and overspray that I don`t know how to clean off. They even left out the entire wheelwell liner for the front driver side. I`m unsure why it would have been removed, but no matter: it could have been put back in. I found this while washing the car after getting it back the second time.
They REFUSED to do anything regarding actual mechanical damages. I complained about an oil leak and they ""looked at that"" when I returned the car to them. ""Danny"" (a real customer service gem ) said it was just oil from my last oil change. He had become nasty - in front of my wife - so I took my car back and had no more to do with them. I took the car to the dealer who found not 1 but 2 oil leaks. You`d think car people would know an oil leak from a stain. They even left out my driver`s wheel well liner! I swear I can`t make this stuff up.
There are PLENTY of other places to get your car fixed. Do yourself a favor: Keep shoppin`.
