Reviews:

Great Service / Fast / Friendly
My car was acting up and I was feeling a bit intimidated
when I took my car in to be fixed. They did the diagnostics, and I need 4 spark plugs and a wire attachment, and a tune up.............I also found out I don`t ever have to get my timing belt changed............. !!!

So it ended up being a very good day....go there ya all

Worst Pepboys, Alpharetta hwy experience
Worth reading about my Worst experience with Pepboys, Alpharetta hwy, even though my review in detailed. Never Never go to Pepboys in Alpharetta, hwy they are the worst who has broken my car and now they need 500$ to repair it. In these recession, all are planning to save and this is what happd, this Sat, I went for a Oil change and gave the keys in hand then discvd a nail in my tire and again gave the keys in hand,... view more both were done and they brought the car to the parking lot and said to take it, I drove back home and discvd my car is broken in transmission area which I never reported any problem. Pepboys, Alpharetta hwy broke my car and they just put me in the condition where I cannot prove it since I never noticed anything and drove back home. I came to know of probs is, the car is not shutting down since my key is not coming out since my transmission is not in parking yet. I took to I trust and till now; I never knew it is broken. He insptd and said, the guy pull the transmission handle so hard that it leaded to some major problem inside the transmission. This kind of problem happens only, if I met an accdt, since it needs a so hard hit that it breaks inside and he suggt me to take back and explain the problem. I went to same guy who did oil change and just said that my key is not coming out. He started blasting out on me that he didn?ˆ™t do anything and so forth, why would someone do that when they didn?ˆ™t know what the problem in car is, yet since we both were walking back to the car and he never saw the car till now. He refused that he broke it and I wanted to speak to mgr, mgr was not available on weekends. I went on Monday and this manager started all over again the same story and I explained him peacefully and he said the problem is with ur key and mechanic didn?ˆ™t break it. I peacefully, explain him again all the history again, then he agreed to have the car investigated again. After investigating, Manager said there is some problem in the transmission area which I told him before and he refused it and also agreed that this would have been broken only if someone hit it hard and he again refused to accept that his guy broke it. This mechanic is a huge guy who is African national and I told manager, I am positive that he has broken, though it was not intentional but the mechanic was in bad mood and he was scolding someone in the shop or whatever. Bottom-line is, my car is broken and it needs 500$ to fix it which was not broken by me but broken by Pepboys. The manager name is John Lingerfelt and the mechanic name is Moe Cross. Never Never go to Pepboys in Alpharetta hwy, since they are running out of customers, they are doing all these mess to get more money from public. I suffered and had an expensive lesson which i don?ˆ™t want anything to experience it. If you still want to go, be careful and always after the car service is completed, get the keys in hands, if the mechanic says, pls take ur car from the parking lot, inspect the car first and they come out of parking lot. Why I am suggesting the above is, Manager and all(Steve ?ˆ“ another guy in front office) in the shop said, we don?ˆ™t know what happened in-between u left from Pepboys shop and moment i came back to the Pepboys shop back. Why would I break my car and post it to Pepboys for repairs. I am driving this car for 4years now and never had any major problem rather some minor repairs.
Come on Pepboys, you tell something for someone and for others u Rip them off. This is BAD. Never give business to PEPBOYS, Alpharetta hwy. Thanks and regards, Customer.
