These people are CROOKS!
GUS the sales rep is a bold faced liar!!! He told me twice that they would accept my loan type and I even set an Appt. I told him we were driving 78 miles to look at a XJ*.
When we arrived he was off, Paulsaid they never took my type of auto loan and car was a piece of Crap!
It had ABS lite on, DSC lite on and Engine warning lite on. Not as advertised.
spoke with Nalley Jag service... view more dept and they advised that I bring car in for chk up and diagnoses. Car seemed to need major repairs
Car was a death trap to test drive and would never pass emissions inspection.
Total BS here so NEVER, NEVER call these rag-heads as they will lie and rip you off.
Cars are all luxlury but very low quality and will be only a waste of money.
I agree with numerous others on this post that these guys are criminals!!!!!!!!

MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERIANCE EVER!
I have been in the market for a new vehicle for a LONG time now. I have spent the last six months doing research, test driving etc etc so that I could feel good about signing my life away (at least for the next 60 months).
I had decided on the Lexus GS 350, and after looking around I found exactly what I wanted at Atlanta Auto Lease.
I am typically not one to drag out the desicion making process when ... view moreit comes to being in any sales situation. I dont want to waist anyones time with the push and pull BS...so basically, at this point..im ready. cash in hand...ready to buy a car.
This was THREE WEEKS AGO...and i am STILL yet to hear back from anyone at this dealership! who does that!? No one calls me back, no one responds to my emails...its like they are on an extended vacation... car salesman make commission right? I have literally thrown myself (and my wallet) at these people and...nothing.
This is what has lead me to read the reviews posted here and i must say...I am glad It went this way, I am glad I did not purchase from here, and I agree with all the other one star ratings...this place is a joke.

be careful buying from them!
I just purchased a car from them recently. the shift knob wasnt in it. I have been told that it is on its way several times but still havent recieved it. when i was negotiating for the car it had a bad tire, i asked for new tires. it was late when we went to pick it up. noticed the next day they had only put one tire on & it was a cheaper tire, so i have a mix matched set. my phone calls never seem to get me any ans... view morewers just put off. I hope they can make good on what they promised. If i had seen these reviews i never would have went there.

Do not even thing to buy car from them
Check the car before buying and ask for at least one month warranty. They are selling broken cars which you will need to fix and pay a lot of money. Do not look at the price as you will pay much more after all. Furthermore, the do not care about customer - once you singed they will treat you in really bad way! That was my big mistake I bought car from them so would like you to aware you. Do not do that!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!
I bought a car from Atlanta Auto Lease few weeks ago. Their low prices is what attracted me to the dealership in the first place. They answered my calls promptly when I was calling to inquire about purchasing the vehicle. The salesman was very nice. When I got there I realized that the car had been in an accident although they tried to deny it but the price was reasonable which made me move forward and purchase the ... view morevehicle anyway. A week after I took delivery of the car things started going wrong. I had to pay $700 to replace the brakes and the rotors. Few days after that the CD player quit working and now I got a leak from the sunroof when it rains. I have tried to call the dealership several times to get them to help me with some of the unexpected expenses but I cant get anyone to help me or even a call back from anyone at the dealership including my salesman that I dealt with when purchasing the vehicle. Obviously their low prices come at a much higher cost later after the sale. I wish I have done my homework before purchasing from Atlanta auto lease. Now I read all these bad reviews about them but its too late for me. Be smart and steer away from this dealership and their other locations Peach Motors and Atlanta Used car center.

Do not buy your car here if you want customer service.
Not at all impressed. I bought a lexus IS 350 from Atlanta Auto Lease thinking it was a legitimate service, since the purchase they have not returned phone calls, customer service is a joke, multiple things have gone wrong with the car including faulty amplifier, bad brakes, disconnected windshield wiper fluid line. They did not uphold their end of the contract, they were to detail the car by buffing out scratches, ... view morerepairing a small dent and providing touch up paint - none of which is completed. I brought the car in on a scheduled appointment for this work to be done, they told me it was ready so I drove back to pick it up (70 miles round trip), it was not complete. They told me I could reschedule, if I wanted to drive back. I told them I would not drive back so they offered to come to my house to do the work and they would call to set up an appointment - ha! No phone call to date.

Fair price on a Lexus
Before October 20th 2010, I`d never met or spoken with this auto brokers office. I`d driven past it hundreds of times, but was not in the market for a replacement vehicle.
I did locate, via the on line Auto Trader, a 2007 Lexus LS 460 that was located at Atlanta Auto Lease. My initial inspection showed the car to be in good condition, I test drove the vehicle, again, very good.
I did want to look at some ot... view moreher Lexus 460`s and do a little research on the seller. After reviewing a few negative comments posted about the buying experience from other reviewers, I did proceed with caution and completed my due diligence on the history of the car they were selling.
First, CarFax and Auto check are a good place to start, however, I would never purchase a car without an independent mechanic and/or body shop review of the car.
I dealt with Paul at the dealership, great experience, no high pressure and he made good on each item that we discussed on the car. He stated, ""take the car to have it inspected"", which I did. The car was inspected by a local Lexus dealer, who pulled the history of the car from the Lexus service network, which provided the entire service history of the car. It was the best $126.00 I spent in regards to the transaction. The car checked out fine mechanically.
The body shop also inspected for prior collision damage and found no evidence of structural or frame/ unibody repair. There had been some cosmetic paint work done to the front of the car, however, we were able to reach an agreement and adjust the price accordingly.
Many cars that are on the road today have had collision repair work done, some of the repair work is excellent and to original equipment manufacturers (OEM) standards, others repairs are incomplete or of poor quality, as the buyer, it`s my responsibility to have a professional that represents me to detect any potential past, current or future problems.
Know what you want and do your research before you go to the location. Consider the CarFax information, but if you are going to buy the car, spend the money to have it inspected by your own mechanic. This should be written into the purchase agreement when you agree to a deposit to hold the car. If the car checks out, you`ll have gone a long ways to protect yourself and eliminate potential problems, BEFORE you close the deal.
The salesman and owner, on my deal, made good on everything that was negotiated and agreed upon when we closed the transaction.
I would definitely consider another purchase from this dealer when I`m in the market for another Lexus.
I`ve got to check with the MVD about the tag transfer on the car and the same with the title. Hopefully, there will be no delay.

Just know what you want and be wise
Having read several negative things about this dealer I went in with my eyes wide open, expecting a worse than average experience. Instead, I was surprised by how accommodating and helpful they were. No, you won`t get manicured cubicles or a latte, but the prices are terrific and my salesperson seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was satisfied and was very helpful throughout the buying, financing, and foll... view moreow up process. The car I selected needed some work . Not only were they willing to do what was needed within the advertised price, but they even ended up doing a thing or two that was not on the ""We Owe"" list. All that said, this is a used car dealer. Be sure to go in knowing what you want and ready to communicate it. Come prepared. Do some research ahead of time. Require the vehicle you select to be looked over by your own mechanic. AAL will run an Autocheck and a Carfax report for you. I ran my own just to be doubly sure but it was not necessary; they matched up exactly. Like 4reel said, ""Buyer Be Smart"". If you are, you can get a very good deal here.

Buyer Be Smart
I read the reviews before checking out this dealership & most all were negative. Still the prices were awesome & if you do your homework, you just might get a good car at great price. They aren`t the most professional dealership & the marketing practices are highly questionable, but they worked hard to get me financed. The biggest problem I encountered was that it took them almost 2 months to get the paperwork su... view morebmitted so I could get my tag, but after throwing a tantrum, it was taken care of the next day. And I`m still waiting on the keyless remote that was on the ""we owe"", but i`m sure it`ll be 2012 before that happens..

Do not do business with these characters
Stopped in there today to inquire about a car on their web site and they informed me it was sold. As I left I said perhaps you should update your web site and left. As I was getting in my car one of the ""gentlemen"" walked out and asked if I wanted to manage their web site. I said no and was then greeted with a string of profanity and other rude comments as I got in my car and drove off. These guys sure know how... view more to win over a customer !
