Unfortunately I would not even give this dealership one star but yahoo will not let me take it off.. I purchased a car from then march 5th of this year and while we were in the purchasing process the salesperson Alexis was wonderful.. I however financed my car offsite due to lower interest rates so I paid for the car with a cashiers check from my bank. I haven t had to call them for anything nor have I heard from the... view morem in almost a month. I called them last Thursday to ask about going to get my regular tag for the car because the temporary one was about to expire and I got nothing but absolute rudeness told that it would be done by the time the temp one expires and hung up on me.. So I called back and the secretary stated that the title clerk went home but would call me on Monday to let me know when I could go get a tag.. Monday rolled around no call.. Tuesday rolled around no call so I call Wednesday at lunch spoke to the secretary again who then had a totally different story she now claimed I had to speak to the owner and he had just left and I would receive a call back.. So while I was waiting and because I keep getting conflicting stories .. And they have not done anything for 3weeks.. The state advised me that they had 30 days to have it completely processed or they have fines.. So I called back to let them know of such.. Well the general manager gets on the phone gets rude.. Cussing ...telling me I m telling how to do his job.. And not to ever call again.. Of course right they have my money no need to be nice anymore.. So I called the police department and spoke with an investigator that stated they are bad business and he gets the same complaints on a regular basis.. He further stated that a report can be filed and taken to the magistrate in regards to this which I will be doing.. I have also contacted auto trader and filed a formal complaint and the better business bureau... There was no need for rudeness over asking for them to complete the registration so that I may get a tag for the car in a timely manner to avoid a fine myself. I really hope no one buys from them.. They are nice to your face but once they have your money good luck.
