i have taken my cars to these guys several times. i thought i was satisfied but now looking back i question the integrity and value of the service i received. i paid a pretty penny for my emissions work on my truck to see i still have the same issues. for the money i spent i should be in a better position with that truck. they also worked on my saturn a few times. the problem was i needed an antenna replaced after it... view more was ripped off at the car wash. well im concerned with the integrity of the mechanic that installed the new unit. i understand they are human and make mistakes. they tried to use an easy out to remove what they thought was a broken bolt in the mount bracket of the antenna. well it turns out it was a male bolt, so there was not bolt broken and stuck in the bracket. well in the process of trying to drill the bolt out they slipped and put a dent on my car. mistakes happen, well i figured they forgot to mention it...well after they worked on my truck they broke the headlight assembly switch bracket. so i turned my headlights on and the knob comes out of the dash...i called them they said "oh i thought he glued that back on, well we will fix it bring it back to the shop". that was a good gesture. but why for the second time was i not told of the damages? again a few weeks later i noticed my dash didnt look just right and my radio casing was loose. i got to looking and they broke 3 dash mounting brackets also when they had to take my dash apart. again why wasnt i told of the damages? so im not so sure if i want them to mess with my cars anymore. if they mess up they are not gonna fix it and sure not gonna tell ya. they are gonna do like they have done me and cover it up....DUDES WE AS THE CONSUMERS KNOW OUR CARS...WE WILL EVENTUALLY KNOW IF YOU MESSED SOMETHING UP....so i am in question of the shops integrity and value of the repairs....so now i have to pay out more to fix what they messed up.... THE KICKER I TOOK MY TRUCK BACK TODAY 7/29/13 AND SANFORD HAD THE GULL TO SAY HE READ MY REVIEW ONLINE WITH A SARCASTIC SLUR. THE WAY I LOOK AT IT HE HAD ANOTHER CHANCE AT THAT MOMENT TO CORRECT IT AND I WOULD HAVE REMOVED THE NEGATIVE REVIEW. BUT HE BLOW IT....I WILL NOT BE TAKING MY CARS BACK THERE AGAIN, HOW DO I KNOW THEY WONT BE VINDICTIVE AND MESS MY CARS UP ON PURPOSE...
