Unless you break down in their parking lot keep going. I had my car towed there because they specialize in batteries and tires. Tech did not write up ticket until next day, I had to call them to follow up, they said battery is dead and did not offer to charge it. I returned with new battery and he said you have an alernator problem (it was replaced in 02/2011), I asked did you check it and he said NO. 2 other cus... view moretomers were waiting and complaining as well.
