I called them for an appt and was told to come right in. All I wanted was an exterior wash and wax. They had me run my car through the car wash and then applied the wax portion. It was hot outside so I watched through the window from inside as the detailer literally only used one application of wax on his buffer and didnt even apply wax to 30% of my car. When I asked about it he told me he DID do it and its j... view moreust that the car isnt clean enough. I dont recommend using them because in my opinion if they cant do a complete job on a their smaller detailing package in no way am I going to trust them on a big package.
