Poor Mechanics

Pye honda replaced a water pump in my car, They did the installation improprly(left out bolts). It took 6 months to realized their work was done incorrectly, and by that time the car had broke back down. I was in Dalton visiting family and the only reason I took it their was because I figured Honda would know how to properly work on their own cars. I live outside of Dalton the car is broke down sitting at my local ho... view morenda dealership with them saying Pye did the installation wrong. So even after their service manager heard that from 2 different mechanics. They still refused to do anything to rectify this situation. I would never take another car to Pye honda nor would I trust them to do anything more then put air in my tires!

go somewhere else

this is the worst dealership i have ever been too, the sales manager is a jerk i think he is the owners son his name is saun pye i wanted to beat him to a pulp before i left , he doesnt have a clue as to how to treat people he acted like he was so much better than every body else there, he jumped on a poor salesman and i thought he was going to fight in the showroom if i would have been the salesman there would have... view more been a fight ,nobody should be talked to like he did to him , i know times are tough but was no excuse, i left and went to chattanooga and bought a new honda the car is great and the dealership was so much better, i would have gave a extra 500 dollars for the car just so i would not have to buy from dalton, but i didnt have to they were lower on there price buy about 1000 dollars for the same car! they are a bunch of thevies in dalton
