I have an older model car (1991) and was calling around looking for emission station locations that do emissions on older cars. I found this Firestone location listed on the DMV website listing of emission stations in Lilburn. So I called to find out if they take the older cars, and they told me that they don`t do emissions at all, that it is just a glitch that they are listed as an emissions station.
