First I would like to say that if it were only Joseph with whom we made an acquaintance then we would have had a stellar experience, however that was not the case. We felt very uncomfortable by the deceptiveness of your manager Nick. I know that this is not a review for him so I will only discuss our time with Joseph...He was very professional and courteous. For most people, buying a car is the dreaded thing of the century. That is the case for me. Feeling like a cat in the dog pound, Nick enhanced that awareness whilst Joseph did well at making us feel contented. Because of Nicks behavior I do not want to rate your company and my experience with 5 stars, however letting Joseph suffer for Nicks behavior makes me feel more uncomfortable. I appreciate all the time Joseph spent with us and thank him for providing us the opportunity to drive our baby son in a new and very safe vehicle. We would buy another car from him in the future. Claudio Hincapio made me feel right at home from the very beginning. I am a VW fan going way back having had five in my household at one and the same time.
