WORST WORST WORST PLACE TO TAK...

WORST WORST WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR. I took my car to them to have minor repairs done after a small accident. It needed dent repair along with paint. After having my car for a week, Igot there to pick up my car and the front desk girl informed me that the paint didn`t settle right and they wanted to repaint it. Obviously it was already an incovienance for them to have my car for one week so I had to take my car ... view moreand return it at a scheduled later date. After leaving my back rear window would not go down and as I got out an looked at it the entire wood panel was hanging out of place.??? They also had to take off my bumper and when they put the bumper back on it was bowed out on the side, indicating to me it wasn`t put back on correctly. Needless to say I dropped my car off for repairs and got it back with 3 issues. So I asked that the manager be there when I came to pick up my car after the 2ND REPAIR,since he never bothered to call and address the mistakes as a manager should do. I was told by the front desk girl that he would be there and that she explained everything to him. When I got there she said conviently and cowardly that he was not there, I asked her to have him call me out of good buisness to address the mistakes made on my car. And her exact words we "he won`t call you". What a shame and how said that it was normal and ok for her to say that, ABSOLUTLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I understand times have changed but customer service should never be that low, they should be embarrassed. Places like North Rockdale should not even be in business.

Wonderful Customer Service

I was devastated when I wrecked my new car. Progressive recomended North Rockdale Collision, and my car looks as good as new! The customer service is exceptional, keeping you up to date on what`s going on. It was very convenient to pay the deductible over the phone, saving me a lot of missed time at work.
