I can`t speak for the work they do, however they should work on their customer service skills!!! The man i spoke with over the phone acted as if he was doing me a favor when I called. He did not seem to want my business very much!! I asked general questions about the normal things a person would ask when calling a paint shop looking to get their car painted. All he kept telling me was bring it in and we`ll look at it... view more, but wouldn`t answer my questions, then when I told him, I just didn`t want to have to drive my wife`s car all the way out there before having a general idea of whats what, he replied with a slight attitude saying, "oh` i thought you were in columbus but yea so on & so forth..." I said I am but its still a good drive from where i live. With all the comp. out there you would think they would put on a smile, good attitude and actually TRY to make a potential customer feel wanted.
