This buisness was extremely prompt and polite. They repaired some body damage I had done on an older pickup and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. I also had them do another repair at my own expense. The final bill was exactly the same as the detailed estimate. I plan to do more business here.

Extremely rude

My front wheel center was missing after a front/rear end alignment with Dixie Collision. I called and asked them about it and they wouldn`t check. They said it was already missing when I got there. Sorry - that is something that I would have noticed. Their sign says that they have video monitoring but they wouldn`t check that either. Apparently they do not really have video monitoring. I took it over there to show th... view moreem that it looked like it had been pried off. They started screaming `just buy her a new one!` I do think they stole it, broke it, or lost it. If they don`t get a new one, I will report them to the police.
