Really bad experience. They did over 8k in hail damage repair and ended up screwing up more stuff trying to repair the hail damage. The so called manager (Charity) accused me of lying. That the extra damaged their tech`s created was their before hand. She had no proof other than she has been around a long time and her tech`s don`t mess things up. They tore my headliner and damaged several screw plates, among othe... view morer things. Then sweet ol Charity had the audacity to tell me she wasn`t giving me a free bumper and she we must`ve did "a very through investigation of our vehicle prior to dropping it off." They also gave me a quote to fix damage I wanted to pay out of pocket. Then when we went to pick up the car they only fixed 1/2 the damage. They said they didn`t realize I wanted everything fix...REALLY? They then said I would need to pay another $300 to fix the remaining repair they led me to believe was being repaired in the first place. Later on, Charity said they must`ve did the quote without the bumper on the car so they didn`t see it. Who`s fault is that? So they make their customers pay for their mistakes. I guess it is worth them screwing me out of $300 to lose me as a repeat customer and now to tell all my friends about this horrific experience. If they would`ve been nice about the whole situation without questioning my character then I might`ve went ahead and paid the $300. So be warned, stay far away from this place unless you want a huge headache and have your car end up with more damage than it started with from their "perfect" techs.
