I bought a Nissan Versa a week ago. I spent 5 HOURS to complete a purchase. I was told that it only had 16 miles on the ODO. I went home and checked the ODO and it was 110. Usually that won`t be a "big deal;" however, when I tried to contact them to see what we can do about it, I was completely ignored. I contacted customer services for like 10 times and still no response. No pressure sales

From the moment I walked in I felt at home. Susan walked me through all my options, and was able to get me an unbelievable offer on my truck for a trade in. All I had to do was sit back and relax while she ran around speaking with one person or another to make me a deal I truly could not pass up. 100% Satisfaction

It is not often that customers recieve 100% of what they are promised. Rudy delivered. My repairs were done in a timely fashion and I was kept informed throughout the entire process. I went in with intentions of looking at cars, because I had recently been in a car wreck where my car was totalled. We showed up 15 min before close and Vance one of the sales reps was more than happy to show us all the cars that met my standards. Over an hr after they closed I was pulling out of the driveway in my new car. Completely dishonest

These weasels enticed us in with a promise of $3750 in rebates on a Nissan Versa . Instead they only honored $1200 worth and told us the rest was used to " buy down " our interest rate from the lender to make the payments lower . Despite this , they were still $100 / month over our agreed upon payments . After assuring us they could meet our terms , we went back the next day to sign the papers . It didn`t h... view moreappen . These crooks weren`t even close to what they promised . They also include " Paint Protectant " on all cars for $1200 additional . You don`t get a choice whether you want it or not and it`s nothing more than polymer liquid with teflon . You can buy the same stuff at Autozone for $5 . We walked . I wouldn`t buy a car from them if they were the only dealer in Atlanta .
