Initially we had some issues trying to

all was well and I was treated fairly and am leaving happy. Priscila, Ivan, Shawn and Amalia were more than helpful. They made good on a truck and went above and beyond by time it was over. Excpecially Amalia and Priscila. They are probably the reason Chris(my friend with me) will be back soon for his vehicle. They saw all we had been through and drove and gave me gas and a new battery.

I called about a dodge charger...

I called about a dodge charger they had posted online, they were very friendly. Told me to put an app in online and they would call me back in an hour. Well, I waited 6! I called and no one knew what I was talking about. They said they would have the person that took my call and app give me a call, it has been 2 weeks and still nothing! I have called 3 times a day for 2 weeks straight and still havent spoken to anyon... view moree that makes sense! I think they are complete crooks and after reading the reviews, I am so glad my husband and I decided to find a new dealership. I did call today and ask about the app just to see what would be said, I spoke to another guy and he was giving me the run around. So i decided to pull a trick from under my sleeve! I told the guy that I took out a used car auto loan from my bank in the amount of 13,000. He was more than willing to talk to me then. Said "I am going to fax you over the buyer package right now! I will also send the information to your bank so that we can get the check and you can come pick up the car." I replied, "why would I allow you to have my bank information when you guys never called me back about the app I put in." He changed the subject. He just kept trying to get me to give him my bank information. I told him NO! I am not going to have my bank pay for a car that I havent seen in person or even test drove! What sense would that make??? Well, that was the end of our convo! He said he would give me a call back in 15 minutes, and I haven`t heard from him. I am glad because I had already decided not to buy from these crooks! Thanks for all of the reviews you guys! It saved me a headache! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL! CRAZY! INCOMPETENT! LAZY! AND UCH MORE!

Scam Artists

They too gave me a funny looking Carfax that showed the vehicle had 1 owner and no accidents. I took it to a mechanic to get checked out during my test drive and he showed me where the vehicle had been T-Boned and put back together. They buy salvage vehicles, patch them up, and sell them for a discount. Do not buy without a full inspection done by a reputable dealer or mechanic.

BEWARE

BEWARE, THEY SELL VEHICLES THAT HAVE BEEN WRECKED THEY SOLD ME A CAR AND GAVE ME THE INCORRECT CARFAX ONCE I NOTICED THEY SENT ME THE CORRECT CARFAX ONLY FOR ME TO REALIZE THE CAR HAD BEEN WRECKED TWICE. tHE CAR HAD 3 BOLTS NO NUTS IN THE FRONT DRIVE SHAFT, NO TENSION STRUTS, NO BRAKES AND REAR AXLE ISSUES. Looked for a long time for a c...

Looked for a long time for a car for my daughter and have visited over a dozen dealerships in the last week. Most had maybe one car she would be interested in possibly 2 and because she was not with me and I told the sales staff I was just looking most just pointed to a car section or did the bare minimum to help me look. The only down side was that all the salesman were busy and I had to wait before being helped. The general manager Shawn ended up helping me so I didn`t have to wait to long which was even better in the end. He too was a family man and really seemed to care about guiding me to the right vehicle for my daughter and not just selling me to buy just anything. He showed me all the safety features for each of the cars I was interested in to include the one I bought. I will be back to buy again for my next child
