Reviews:
We were lied to and treated rudely from the General Manager on down to the sales guy
I was first assisted by Ricardo who seemed pretty clueless. Justin jumped in and helped. He told me they had used Sedonas come in recently because they were all loaners to Kia executives. I later found out on a carfax report that my van was a rental vehicle from Colorado. The floor manager offered more than $1k less than KBB (trade-in) value for my trade in, and he couldn`t really explain why he was offering that ... view morefigure. After much negotiation, I got him to give me an additional $1k. During the purchase process, I had to run home to get additional paperwork because we were putting the van in my wife`s name and she couldn`t be with me that day. They let me take the van to do it. I discovered a tail light had a piece missing and was cracked (it was hard to see). I brought up the issue with Ricardo who agreed to speak to the manager. They did eventually send me a replacement. I also mentioned there was no owners manual in the van and the side view mirror was damaged on the outside edge (it was obvious someone scraped it up against a wall). Ricardo said ""oh, sure we`ll take care of it - I`ll speak with the manager tomorrow about also sending you those things"" (I offered to replace the part myself to avoid driving back and waiting). A week went by and I hadn`t heard back, so I called and spoke with Justin who said I had to speak with Ted Sykes, manager of used car sales. I left a message for Ted. Never heard back. Left another message, didn`t hear back. Left 4 messages. My wife called and got in touch with Ted, explained the situation, and he said ""we couldn`t have promised you these items"", and ""Ricardo no longer works here"". We escalated to the GM of the dealership who was very rude and basically told us the same thing. He went so far as to say - ""we sent you a $500 tail light replacement, we thought that would make you happy. There`s nothing else I can do for you"". That tail light cover wasn`t $500 - maybe $30 tops.
