Don`t buy a car from these peo...
Don`t buy a car from these people! They will make you wait forever to sign papers, and they will lie. They told us there was an extra key to our vehicle at the other location, which we expected to get ASAP. But then after a week or so, we called and we got the run around. They said the would look for it and call me back....which they never did. Then after several more attempts to call, they said that they didn`t have... view more the extra key, and that they would let me buy one from them for $100---no way. And since I was told they had the extra key during the paperwork, they didn`t give us a "we owe" to make one....During this whole situation, they were super rude on the phone, they would not answer the phone, and they would hang up on you. So, after 2 months of getting the run around...we have nothing to show for it. This dealership is unprofessional and should go out of business.

You guys where really nice during my visit in Auto gallery it seem like if we were family. The cars are really nice the ones you offered me but obviously I picked the right car for me thanks for all your help I will recommend you.

These guys were great. Didn`t pressure me into buying something out of my price range like most dealers do. I got a great deal and a great car! Thanks everyone who worked with me, I know I was a little picky but thanks for sticking with me.

Very happy with Auto gallery. Very friendly salesman Rick, 2nd car from them, worked with me on payment amount and honored a lower online price then what the lot price was. Only one thing they should fix is they charge a 3% fee if making payment with a debt/ credit card. Why make ppl pay more for making payments and making them on time. Other then that very happy with car and very happy with dealership. Would highly ... view morerecommend.

BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!
I wish I could rate them lower than a one star. Here`s my story. First of all, I am from Nashville. After making the mistake of driving from Nashville to Gainesville, GA after being told that I had been pre-approved for a car I absolutely loved. I get there and find out this ""pre-approved"" rate was 15% interest... I didn`t even know interest could be that high! Anyways, like an idiot I didn`t want my drive to be a ... view morewaste of time, I bought the car after test driving it for a lengthy amount of time with one stipulation... It was missing the driver side knob that raises the seat front and back. They agreed to order it and mail it to me. Here`s when it gets good... so about an hour into my ride home the undercarriage cover of the car broke off and started dragging! I was stuck on the side of the interstate and I called the manager (Sergio) who said they would pay for all the costs of repair if i could rip it off. Frustrated, and them refusing to give me the money back for the car (No Warranty-As Is Buyer Beware... Even tho I purchased a $1000 warranty from them for mechanical issues... this was not covered)... My boyfriend ripped it off and we continued home very upset. After getting home and finding alternative arrangements for transportation, we took the car to the local Volkswagen to have it repaired (the car is a jetta). The car was found to have thousands of dollars worth of needed repairs, but of course Sergio would only agree to the undercarriage ($500). So Volkswagen fixed it, then guess what? Sergio would not answer the phone, return calls from them or me for weeks!!! Here I was car-less for 3 weeks after it had been repaired when I had to attempt to get in touch with whomever was above him and threaten to sue the crap out of him before finally paid the repair cost of the undercarriage. So here it is now November, and I bought the car in May... and I have been calling/talking/and leaving messages for months because they never sent me the knob for the seat, and now they say it has been past the 6-months and they are no longer responsible for what they agreed to!! SERGIO IS THE BIGGEST LIAR AND THE MOST DIFFICULT PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! Everytime I talk to him he says he will call me back, or he ""accidently"" hangs up on me, and he has definitely not ever returned my phone call. I should have hired a lawyer a long time ago. This place is a joke and deserves to be shut down.

HORRIBLE. Lied to us for TWO MONTHS and then recanted the promise!
Let us leave the lot with the GAS LIGHT ON!! The car was dirty, and two days after the purchase our check engine light came on. Car salesman, Matt Marchbanks, told us it was a problem we didn`t need to fix-- but we needed a new O2 censor. He told us that wasn`t covered under the 48-month warranty we purchased. As we left the lot I had inquired about keyless entry. Matt said he would see what he could do. The next day... view more I got a phone call that their printer had messed up, so they needed me to drive the 50 miles to come and resign the papers that day. I work in Midtown Atlanta, and said there was no way I could drive that. He offered to meet me half way (still a 50 mile round trip!!, not to mention lost work time!!) and at that meeting said he would have the keyless entry for me the next week. Over the next TWO MONTHS, he said he had sent the key... that he sent it to the wrong address... etc. When we finally involved a manager, the manger just handed the phone back over to the salesman who said, ""Look, there is no key coming."" I asked why he had told us there was a key repeatedly (every week for the last two months), and he admitted that he had lied. I said that was completely unethical--and he agreed. He told me that we didn`t need to be having this conversation. I asked why he had lied-- why for two months he had said there would be a key, and now nothing?! I said he could have just said no from the beginning- but he just tried to get off the phone as quickly as possible! DON`T GO HERE! They have no respect for their customers and will openly lie to you!!!
