This shop is overbooked and unable to meet a promised deadline. An appointment had to be made to get an estimate. Another appointment was needed to bring in the vehicle. Kejuan (KE-wan) was called the morning of the appointment to confirm. He acted like some mistake was made by me and said the vehicle had to be brought in 6 days later. 6 days later the vehicle was brought in for a 5-day repair, even though the damage... view more was slight. After 2 days in the shop, I met with the manager Anthony who promised the vehicle would be ready by day 5, maybe day 4. It was not the truth. 2 hours before pick up time on day 5, Kejuan called saying that the car would not be ready until 3 more days. This shop cannot keep a promise and will not speak the truth when it comes to deadlines.
