Brought in a 2011 Infiniti g37 conv for accident repairs - they were able to take my car in to start repairs promptly. The finished quality of work was very good and didn`t require rework. Rental car services are a building away so coordinating that is easy also. A very professional team and center!

If you want your car to look great like before then this is the place to take your car. . They don?ˆ™t compromise with quality (insurance want them to use used or Am parts) Kevin Moreland custumer service was great form day one, trying to help me and in the same time fight my insurance company.

Great body shop and great cust...

Great body shop and great customer service! They had stellar reviews on Kudzu.com and Google so I felt at ease taking my car to them. Big shout out to Michael Kayrouz for keeping me in the loop throughout the process via texts, pictures of the repairs, etc. I picked up my car after month and a half in the body shop. Their work was excellent but I noticed a few minor flaws. I immediately brought them to Michael`s ... view moreattention and he re-scheduled to fix them right away and he really worked well with my busy schedule. Listen, these guys are great and yes they may be slightly pricier than competition (based on other reviews I`ve seen on this thread) but I`d trust their work over a cheaper competitor any day. Performance Auto Collision is a quality shop that goes beyond what they say they will do. The customer service given by Matt Lewis and his associates was an A plus by my standard. They even detailed my car. The job they did on my repairs along with the them detailing my car made me feel like I was driving away in a new Audi. I will definitely recommend them to a friend.

Poor relationship with my insurance

The have a personal vendetta against my insurance co and as a result, a minor fender bender (rear bumper cover scrapes) to my BMW became thousands of dollars. And they left my trunk lid open or disassembled and water got into my trunk ruining numerous computers. 3 cars were affected and they charged MY insurance for their mistake. Now my rates are in jeopardy. Thanks!

A Great Experience - Twice!

I just got my Mercedes back (in for a damaged front fender) and I am extremely pleased with the workmanship and my experience. I last used Performance Auto Collision in the Fall of 2006 when someone backed into my Volvo SUV`s bumper (it had less than 3,000 miles on it at the time and that was upsetting) but Performance Auto Collision made repaired it to where you never would have known and it still looks great today... view more!! Best Auto Repair in Atlanta!

I was so happy with the service at Performace Auto! The customer service was great and they did an amazing job on my car repair. They even detailed my car for me and it looked like they put in brand new leather seats! As a female, they made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this business to anyone!
