Very poor customer service. Called three times spoke with three different people and after three days I still did not receive the info. I requested. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Lack of adequate customer service is indicative of poor business practices, therefore they were not getting my money.

I went here to the Preowned Jeep Store to look around at some Jeeps and when I pulled in wow! it was like I was a kid and had just landed at the candy store! There was so many Jeeps to look at! I was looking around and a guy named Brittan came to me and introduced himself and told me to feel free to look around as long as I wanted and if I had any questions or seen any I wanted to check out and drive to let him know.... view more I drove one and returned and he told me if that wasn`t the one I wanted to pick out another and test drive it. I test drove 4 different Jeeps before I found the one I wanted. I asked Brittan and another guy there named Gary some questions like if I wanted these wheels and not those, or this top and not that one and etc. They told me no problem! whatever I wanted they would see to it that it was just as I wished. They were so nice and friendly and helpful and very patient with me. They didn`t try to rush me or force me into anything like any other dealership that I have been to. The price was right, the payment was right and I was right for going there. By time I left there I had met several of the other people that worked there, Big Tim, Little Tim, Charlie, Christy and I felt like I was part of the family. Everybody made me feel welcome and I just want them all to know how much I appreciate each one of them. Some reviews I read must have got mixed up with another store cause there is no way they could have been talking about this one! So for anyone looking to buy a Jeep, the preowned Jeep Store in Cartersville Ga. is the RIGHT PLACE. Since I bought my Jeep there, I have had no problems and I love my Jeep!!!!!! I am a very satisfied customer!!!!

This is the worst excuse of a ...

This is the worst excuse of a delaership i have ever been to. I feel like when my mom and I went without my dad we were taken advantage of. Thank god I am familiar with jeeps because we would have been sold a lemon if i wasn`t. I would NEVER recomend this place to anyone. Be warned other teenagers and moms they WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. much better place to be than at the preowned jeep store. Run carfaxs before... view more you buy here. They are crazily overpriced on everything from jeeps to repairs and accesories. DON`T GO HERE!!!

Brittian (Owner) and the entir...

Brittian (Owner) and the entire Jeep Store Staff provided us with the best Jeep experience we could have asked for. I was buying a jeep for my wife as a birthday present and they made it the best present possible. From the minute we arrived on the lot the staff did everthing they could to make us feel welcomed. After looking at a few jeeps my wife was undecided on what she wanted. They simply asked her what color... view more was she looking for. Once the color was decided on the staff went all out and found one on the lot. Even though it didn`t have everything on it that she wanted we drove it anyway. Once we returned to the lot and the jeep ran awesome the staff asked my wife what she needed on the jeep to make it the jeep she wanted. After she compiled a list of things that she wanted to change the staff went into motion to make it her dream jeep. It was the best customer service I have ever seen when it came to making a customers request a reality. The jeep was a great birthday present for my wife but the experience that my family received at the Pre-Owned Jeep store was fantastic. We drove 3 hours to make the purchase and we will continue to purchase any accessories and other vehicles from them. I would highly recommend this company to anybody wanting a great jeep and a better buying experience.
