Absolutely TERRIBLE Company! Bought a vehicle from them and brought it back to have some paint repaired. The repairs were promised to us when we purchased the car. After having the car for 13 days we turned it over to Shad. Not once did we receive any type of phone call updating us of the status of the car. We had to make every attempt to contact the company. When we did make contact we were given the run around. Kee... view morep in mind; we were just having some paint touched up. Should have taken 2-3 days, tops! 19 days later we get a call that the car is ready. We were told the car would be buffed and waxed when we picked it up. So my fianc?© arrives at the dealer to find a dirty vehicle, scuffed up tires, food in the back, and 500 extra miles put on the odometer. Someone had been joy riding in our new car. UNACCEPTABLE! There was an issue with a speaker that they said they would repair also. Once we saw how dirty the car was, we left it with them. The general manager agreed that it looked like it had been driven by someone else. There was nothing mechanically wrong with the car so it should it have been driven around. We left the vehicle at the dealership. We were told it would be cleaned and a manger would bring the car to us. The next day we receive no phone call about the status of the car, so we have to call again. When we make contact we are told that it has been cleaned, and they are repairing the speaker. The same speaker that was supposed to have been fixed already. Once they get the car completed they deliver it to us, and low and behold it is not a manager that delivered it. This was a very unsatisfactory customer service experience. They outsource their work to questionable companies. Who knows how many other customers have had the same thing happen and just not noticed. Stay away from this dealership! We learned the hard way!

First of all I am not an employee writing a good review, I had a wonderful experience buying a car from Juan. He is bilingual and could understand my Spanish easily. I arrived at the dealership; he already had the car waiting for me. We went on a test drive and he pointed out all the features that I asked. I didn`t like the first car so I test drove another one. The one that I bought, he made me a great offer a... view morend got me financed at a good interest rate. If you need a car, go ask for Juan.

Horrible buying experience. Found the car online and went to look. Original sales guy was nice and helpful. Made an appointment to take the car to my mechanic for a look the following Monday. Arrived at scheduled time, and original sales guy was not there. ?ˆ?New?ˆ? sales guy says the other was not there and that I would have to deal with him from this point on. Okay. Checked out the car, and it was okay, so we st... view morearted talking price. They offered $2000 less than ?ˆ?fair condition?ˆ? trade in value and would not budge on their price. Fine. I was not married to the car, I can walk. I called the new sales guy the next day and explained I was not satisfied with their offer on my car. As I was trying to explain how I arrived at my numbers, the sales guy starts and argument with me about rounding numbers. This is not the point I was trying to make. Again, fine. I have no desire to argue with a sales guy and am completely happy spending my money elsewhere, so I am prepared to walk and leave the dealership, no skin off my nose. I was called 2 days later from a ?ˆ?manager?ˆ?. I explained I was not happy with my new sales guy and was looking at other cars. The manager and I talked about the car I was looking at, and eventually arrived at an agreeable price. So, I started working with my credit union to get a loan. The next day the sales guy calls me back. As I explain the deal his manager and I worked out, he sighs (I heard it audibly over the phone!). Then he says he needs to get approval from the general manager before he can confirm the numbers. What?! (Just an awful horrible sales guy!) Anyhow?ˆ¦Knock yourself out! I had already talked to his boss, so I thought I was good. I get a call 30 minutes later. ?ˆ?Sorry, as I was walking into the GM?ˆ™s office the car was sold?ˆ? Right?ˆ¦I am sure?ˆ¦just sold?ˆ¦Look, I am not an irrational customer. I never raised my voice. I was always nice. I understand car buying and have bought many cars. No one is doing the other a favor. I get a car at a price I am willing to pay, the dealer makes some money, or the deal is not made. I can accept that. The runaround I got, the unprofessional sales guy, the inadequate manager, and the rude treatment were all uncalled for and not necessary. I will never buy a car from them. I will tell my family to never buy a car from them. And, I will tell anyone who listens to never buy a car from them.
