would not let me give them a no star!! Took my car to have the Transmission fixed paid the quoted price. Then he raised the price saying he ordered the wrong price and held the Warranty unless I paid. 3 months later the transmission did the same thing Took the car back for warranty work after over three weeks had to go to The police to get my car back and file a report for theft by conversion. When I got t... view morehe car back he had ashes and cigarette butts all in the car and he Scratched the paint with a coat hanger, because he locked the keys in it, He was driving my car around town, for his personal use and used a whole tang of gas. Left the windows down at his home and let it rain in the car seats are soaked. Never use this guy again if I go to a shop and he is there I will run as fast as I can Tired of the lies and stories he has so many issues they cannot be anything but lies.

It is better to burn your mone...

It is better to burn your money than give it to Southern Transmission and Auto Care. At least the burning money is colorful and will keep you warm in winter. Paying this company for any auto repairs will leave you very angry and your car will probably still is broken. This business charges ridiculous prices, at least 4 times the going rate. run away fast! this is the same guy that used to rip people off at certified transmission. I paid $2000 bucks for a &quot;reconditioned&quot; piece of junkyard junk, being told all the while I was having a &quot;rebuild&quot; transmission. took my car somewhere else and found out the truth of what went on. Two words- RIP OFF!....Rick ha...

Two words- RIP OFF!....Rick has a notorious reputation for ripping off customers and not repairing vehicles. Call around and ask other transmission places.....Other owners of shops will tell you the same. Southern Transmission also know as Dr. Transmission and other names take your car, don`t fix it....and when enough people file lawsuits they file bankruptcy so they don`t have to pay for ripping off people. This company ripped me off com...

This company ripped me off completely. They lied up front about costs, added more cost after the fact, held my warranty and did a complete crap job on my transmission. The first time I drove it the gears were all messed up and it went through all the gears before it reached 10 miles an hour. Then the same day it just started grinding and hissing and clattering and now it doesn`t drive. $2000 and my transmission i... view mores worse than it was when I sent it in. Also, the company lied about all of its certifications. I called each of the companies it claims certification from, and everyone of them had never heard of him. His name is Rick and apparently he uses multiple names for his company and bounces around between cell phone numbers. He always has a new excuse and a new story of woe and disaster, but in the end he screws you completely and probably mines your vehicle for parts based on my experiences with him. They look like a legitimate shop, but BUYERS BEWARE!!!! THEY WILL ABSOLUTELY RIP YOU OFF. THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN BY RICK HIMSELF OR HIS FRIENDS! Do not do business here. There are plenty of other transmission providers nearby that actually are certified and guaranteed. Also, the warranties they promise are complete crap. Dr. Transmission will not honor them.

This Automotive shop was aweso...

This Automotive shop was awesome and I was very satisfied in the work that was done on my car.I was out of town and my car broke down and these guys came to my rescue fast and assertive!They had me back up and on my way in no time!!! I will diffinatley be using these guys again,This is a Five Star Company!!!!!!!! JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!!!
