Buyer Beware!! READ THIS BEFO...
Buyer Beware!! READ THIS BEFORE BUYING -- Purchased a used car on 7-24 and took home the next day after this dealership was insistent that they must do their 27-point inspection. The same day we drove it home(7-25-12) the brakes squealed like crazy and the rear end did too when the car was put in drive. Called Dealership and was told to bring car back Friday, which I did at 7:40am. After NUMEROUS calls to 2 sales... view more people, the service department, managers, etc. involved and all day trying to get a manager on the phone, I was finally told at 4:20pm that yes, they heard the noise and admitted that the brake pads were not Nissan pads and that any other kind will squeak, yet still refused to fix the problem with new pads unless I paid an additional $235 to get the repair done at my own expense!!! They are totally indifferent to customer service and are only concerned with moving cars off their lot!!! I was planning to go this Saturdy to buy a new Nissan Juke, but I will not be purchasing from this dealership for sure!!! The sad thing is that I have purchased 2 cars from Five Star in the past (this was the third) and they STILL treated me like this -- they have no regard for repeat customers and place zero emphasis on customer satisfaction!!!

I would be really careful goin...
I would be really careful going to this auto repair shop. On Saturday, my son was towed to Five Star Nissan after breaking down on the road. He was charged $603 to replace a starter on a 2001 Nissan Quest. The charge was outrageous. I called the Warner Robins Sears and gave them the make/model/year of the van and they quoted a repair price of $137 for the parts and $98 for labor. There was nothing extra wrong wi... view moreth the van starter/related issues that complicated the repair. They made the repair quickly and without any problem. I called my son to tell him he was being ripped off, but by then they had his van in a closed repair bay and had started work. It was too late to stop them. So if you want to be ripped off, take your car to this place. I could see an extra hundred dollars since they had my son at a disadvantage, but well over $350??? That is shear greed and cruelty for someone like my son who is a single parent with two children to take care of. When my son complained, he was told they weren`t selling enough cars so they had to jack up their repair charges. Don?ˆ™t let these people take advantage of you.

You have been warned. . .
Horrible, horrible, horrible service!!! I am military and just moved to warner robins last year. I took my car to this place because it was still under the extended warrenty and there was a light malfunction that I needed checked out. No big deal, or so I thought. I was there pretty early in the morning hoping it wouldn`t take very long, and the guy acted like it was no biggie, probably 15 min tops. 3 hours later I w... view moreas so upset that I just wanted my car back, they were not currently working on it and HID IT!!! I asked for the keys and they would not give them back! They said it was an over-night job and their maintence helper would drive me to the nearest enterprise to borrow a car, so reluctently I did. I was supposed to have our car by morning so when I get there they are still not finished with it. After 3 more hours of waiting they finally work on my car (I only see them with it for a total of 30 minutes by the way) and it is finished along with a couple more ""problems"" on the bill. Seriously? I shoulda just called the cops to get my keys and to get it fixed elsewhere. These people are so very shady! You have been warned. . .

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER
I purchased a used car from this dealership for 10,500.00 including tax-tag-title. Due to a myriad of problems with the car, I returned it less than a week later. They refunded me 7000.00 and kept 3500.00. They told me I sold the car back to them! That is completely absurd! This is a rip-off pure and simple. If you deal with this dealership, take a lawyer with you. This is a scam!

Beware!!
So I am new to town my guy is military and I was trying to find a resonable used car. 2000-2007 okay miles.. less then 150k we stopped at five star nissan and the crew was great seemed down to earth and completely willing to help. In fact Mike told us that he could possibly get us into a 2008 sentra, ensured he could get the payment around 250 give or take. So we said sure see if you can. He comes back oh yeah look l... view moreike we can.. then we sign loan documents and everything seems great. Well I start my new job and about 6 days after taking the car home.. we get a call that we either need a good down payment or a co-signer. So we had to take the car back. And with no car, getting out to macon everyday was well not going to happen. If they had not had us sign docs and said that everything was okay then we could have found a car that we would have kept. And I could have kept my job. Just make sure that you have dealt directly with the bank... before you take the car... or you might end up having to bring it back.
