I went in to get an oil change...

I went in to get an oil change and a free car wash came with it. I paid the EXTRA money to have the inside detailed. I waited for over an hour and then when I came out to look at the car, the two guys that cleaned the vechile never said anything was wrong except that a few of my items got wet. I was ok until I saw the cover over my speaker was BUSTED. How in the world could that have happened. It was plastic, they m... view moreust have pressed down really hard to do something like that. I was so hot! The manager takes his time to coming out and talk to me and then says " Ma`am I don`t know if your speaker was like this before you came in." I said " My speaker cover wasn`t broken before I came to your establishment." The manager just stood there like bozo the clown and had nothing to say. I will not be using their services again. They have lost a customer.Whatever you do, DO NOT let these clowns near the inside of your car.

Pretty good prices but when I ...

Pretty good prices but when I last got an oil change and had them wash the car and clean it on the inside, the steering wheel and stereo had not even been touched (i asked them to clean it bc there was makeup on the leather of the wheel and the stereo was dirty). They rushed everything and I could tell they were just ready to be done and did not care to do a good job.

Excellent Customer Service

I typically bring my truck in for a wash 2-3 times a month and always receive great service. I have not had my oil changed there but the car wash side usually does a pretty good job for a reasonable price.

Taking responsibility

I took my car in for an oil change and a car wash. After the service, I got to work and saw a lock washer on the passenger floor mat and noticed that the bar that slides the seat was detached. I immediately called the car wash and spoke to Jessica, the cashier. She was very pleasant and said if I brought the car back at my convenience, they`d look at it. When I got back there this morning, the owner confronted ... view moreme and immediately said that he`d have to "take the side of his employees" and "that they probably didn`t even notice it". I said, "All I know is that when I brought the car in, the handle wasn`t broken when I got the car back, it was". He said, "Are you saying my guys broke it?" I replied by saying that "I used the handle to get into the back seat to clear out my stuff so they could clean the car, and it wasn`t broken then. What am I supposed to think?" He replied by saying that he "wouldn`t know the first thing about how to go about fixing a seat" and that I should "go and take it to a body shop or something". I replied, "So that`s it? That`s how your going to deal with it?" THEN HE REPLIED, "Are your trying to be smart?" This is how Crazy Ray`s treats his customers. That`s when I decided to write this review -- you can be your own judge.
