Horrible to the infinite power!!!!

Dropped off car on Friday with promise it would be ready on Wednesday. On Wednesay, they promised Thursday due to parts not being in. On Thursday promised Friday, on Friday promised on Saturday and on Saturday (looking me straight in my eyes AGAIN) promised Sunday at 9:00 am. Car STILL was not ready on Sunday after explaining repeatedly, I had to be at work on Fort Belvoir, VA (military warning) on Monday (my firs... view moret day). Sunday morning at 9:00 whoever gave us his cell phone number (yes his personal cell phone number) said he could not make it and would TRY to find someone to come in. The emblem and lights are off so calling Richmond County to release the car was pointless as it could not be driven (again the drive home is over 10 hours, Laurel, MD). I picked this business based on friend`s suggestion (they had an accident and it was fixed; guess it was the off season). Friends had to loan me their car so I could get home and a good night sleep before my first day at work. This is the worse experience I have ever had to endure and pay money for it!! I will be following this up with the BBB. The painter explained he had been in business for over 20 years and the car would be ready today Sunday, 3 Aug 08. Providing this info from I-95 via the phone. Whatever savings I may have gotten have been erased between Wednesay and Sunday. STAY AWAY!!!!

bad business

the owner has a man waiting around there who he calls his uncle that ripped people off telling people he can fix there cars for half the price his nephew can and he gets the money and then you don`t hear from him again you tell the owner he says he will get his mother to make his uncle pay you your money back and then you don`t hear from him again either.
