Should not even receive one st...

Should not even receive one star but I was forced to put something. SHADY doe snot even begin to descrive this place. We purchased a Ford F-350, paid 10K IN CASH and gave a check for another $3500. The car made it home and would not start the next day!!!! They dealership pretty much laughed in our faces. To date we have spent almost another 10K to get this vehicle in good condition. We may as well have bought a... view more brand new one. TO make matters worse this dealerhip is commiting TITLE FRAUD and floating titles. We have spent last 6 months trying to get this truck titled and still have not been giventhe correct paperwork. Then today when we called yet again to complain their "general manager" Ryan basically stated that he didnt care what our problem was. I fullly intend to follow this through and report them to every state agency.

shadie car dealer drive by auto and auto boutqie cant rate a one star should be a fat zero

drive by auto has two car lots .drive by auto and auto botique,this dealer owner johnie has really really done us very wrong.i bought a 2001 vw beetle. from auto botique .test drove the car on wen. drove fine.that friday a week ago i went back with my 17 year old daughter this is the car she wanted and was having trouble finding an autom.beetle.so we boght the car for 5900 .3000 of that money i borrowed,we drove it 3... view more0 mins heading home and the transmission was jerking really bad,the dealer had closed be this time.the next morning i called to tell johnie about the problem with check engine light that came on and also transmission acting up.i did sign as is,he said bring it back we will check it.so mon. we took it back the hooked the little orange code mach. up .which is not something that can read everything wrong with vw`s.only vw dealers can work and test these cars.we had owner to ride in it. he stated it was the turbo.we told him we were taking it to vw dealer having it checked out.well vw called next day said it need a transmission and about 80 dollars more worth of work.we called owner back he said i dont beleive vw dealer and dont care what the say nothing is wrong with the car.you bought it as is.this has really hurt us.we dont have the 4000 for a transmission and i would advise anyone not to go to both of this dealers car alots. drive by auto and auto boutqie.no lemon law on a use car.it sucvks dealers can do this to buyer and if he was any kind of as dealer keep his name good he would try to atleast help with half the repairs.he pretty much laughed when we said we would do whatever we could to make him help us.it sucks .buy a use car better have a warrenty or take it and pay the extra to have it check by the pro`s
