Not a reputable business

Given an opportunity to correct a mistake this companies manager (Butch)likes to try and intimidate women by explaining away a mistake with why they should not have to correct it instead of apologizing and making it right. Two tires were purchased to replace the front tires and they put on two different tires which made the car ride funny and my daughter did not know any better. Months later the car was very much out... view more of line and our mechanic pointed out that the one tire that was not correct made all the others wear to the point that now the back tire is seperating and worn wrong. Instead of owning up to the problem he made my mechanic look bad and said that he did not know what he was talking about. I quickly realized that he was trying to explain himself away and that we couldnt see through it so I quickly told him that it was evident that he was not going to try and make their mistake right and that I will just leave prepared to share my story with others. The part that he doesnt understand is business is based on customers that are treated with respect and bad business will eventually come around and hurt a business. Two miles down the road at a dealership they immediatley recognized the problem with the tires and said that anyone would know that all the tires must be the same size and have the same air pressure. Yes, this cost my family greatly BUT the part I want to make clear is that if you buy tires and you have not even had them a year then the company should make it right. Obviously this guy thinks that he can get away with it but here i am sharing my story and I will continue ot share my story and maybe it will help someone else choose a more reputable company to deal with. I believe that in the end he will be the looser.
