Don`t trust this dealership

Bought 2002 Land Rover Discovery that had cracked cylinder block. When purchased specially asked about that issue and was told that the car had been checked and was in great condition. Took back 6 weeks after purchase and was told about the problem. Bought as is with no warranty because I thought the dealer could be trusted. Buyer beware!!!!!

Terrible Customer Service

Bought a RR from them about this time last year. Love the truck but the service was less than stellar. They failed to mention that my truck had the extended 75k warranty, costing me thousands just after it ran out... When I picked the car up the next day they pushed me out the door, caring to someone spending a little more money than I was. They didn`t even wash it for me when I picked it up (it is the little thin... view moregs BV, get it together huh) Mis matching tires that they would not replace for me... All in, I would not buy from them again or recommend them to anyone. They care more about making money than they do the customer and its apparent.

Misrepresentation

This dealer, though its owner, Ken Cunningham, sold a vehicle sight unseen based on written representations of it having no defects, shipped it to California despite the shipper`s notations of defects, and then refused to take it back or give any credit for those and several other defects, including an undisclosed accident. Ken even refused calls and hung up and Russell claimed not to receive e-mails. It appears K... view moreen is taking other vindictive measures. My worst car buying experience ever.
