The guy who runs/owns this place REALLY knows his business. I got all the info i needed (and then some :-) a fair deal, prompt courteous service with different ways to solve the problems I had. I consider Bruce to be a honest intelligent businessman. I recommend him highly.

Terrific service

We own a 06 minivan with a DVD player installed by the factory. After a year, the DVD went kaput (two weeks before we were leaving on a 12 hour drive with two kids) and while the dealer could not service it, offered to replace it for $1,200. The dealer`s service technician gave me a card for Auto Radio Center and said they might be able to do this for less. I brought the van to Bruce at Auto Radio Center. He t... view moreook a look at it and said he could replace it (with the same 1 year factory warranty I would have gotten from the dealer) for ~$400. We explained our upcoming 12 hour drive and while Bruce said he would try to expedite, he said there was little chance to have the new player and installed in that time. As my wife and I were thinking about a plan B, a week later Bruce called and said he had the part and could install it whenever we were ready. It was truly a Christmas miracle for anyone that has been in a car for 12 hours with two 4 year olds. Bruce was very professional, worked quickly and efficiently and we got the same repair that the dealer would have done for 2/3rds less. I highly recommend Auto radio center for any repairs or accessorizing to your car`s audio/visual needs.
