I went to this place for an oi...

I went to this place for an oil change/ tire rotation and to see if I needed new breaks. Also, I asked them if they could replace the headlight. They charged me 40.00 to replace one headlight. I left and went to the grocery store -- my car would not crank. Turns out, the mechanic loosened by battery cable and did not tighten then back up. BTW, they told me that my breaks were fine. However, the next day, my bac... view morek breaks locked up becasue I needed new shoes, pads, etc. I called and spoke to the manager today, he was not sympathetic at all. He made no apologies for the horrible service that I recieved from his shop. I nor my husband will ever go back (which is unforrtunate, bc I thought they would be our new neighborhood mechanic). This place will mess you up -- and not even apologize for it. I suggest you go to Lauro`s Autoshop off Covington Highway. Ross is very good and actually knows what he is doing. That is where I will be from now on.
