I have been in the area for over 30 yrs this junk yard was at one time Allen City &amp; was owned by my friends family. I went a few times after it became Pull-A-Part &amp; it sucked but I went back yesterday. June-06-12 - Cons - Call them &amp; get a automated response that can`t understand anything I say &amp; then want`s you to type letters on the phone which if you have a cell phone good luck with... view more. I finally gave up. A phone call is useless. Pros - I went to get some parts for my 87 Full Size Bronco, all the other lots told me they crush older cars now because the steel is worth so much. WOW has this place changed. Everyone spoke English the guys in the yard were very help full &amp; easy to get along with. It`s $2 to get in but they printed me a list of all the vehicles that fit what I needed. The list shows name of vehicle date dropped in yard &amp; what row it is in OMG that was help full. Next once in the back this place had every thing it is so much better than it was last time I went I had to rewrite my review.

not happy

I don`t know why I can`t talk to a person to see if they have the part I need before I have to drive 2 and half hours just to find out the answering service don`t even give a number for drivetrain parts either update the answering service or have someone there to talk to please that`s a long drive and a lot of gas to find out something the idea of what yall do is great but not knowing what yall have is ridiculous
