Dishonest- $Spent 380 and I`ll I got was this bad review

I went to these guys for years. My Audi had one problem after another so I was on a first name basis with these guys. I was never particularly impressed with their prices but their work seemed reliable. I had a leaking power steering rack for the last couple years on my Audi A4. I was originally quoted $900 and a year later $1100 to fix it. Three years later I was finally ready to get the issue fixed. Again, I was qu... view moreoted $1100 over the phone, so I accepted that and dropped the car off. The next day, they call to tell me the work is done so I go to pick up the car. I walk in, make small talk with the guy (same guy I ve dealt with for years), give him my card and sign the receipt. I assume if I m quoted $1100 the day before and no one calls me or no one says different picking up the car, the price is $1100. Not until I get home and look at the receipt do I notice I just paid $1480. Granted, I should have looked at the receipt before paying, but the work was done at that point anyway. I can tell you if I had been honestly quoted $1480 I wouldn t have had the work done to begin with. I would have got another quote or gone to the dealership for that price. I called to complain but that got me nowhere. Of course he lied and said he didn t rememeber quoting me $1100 the day before . I felt like $380 was just stolen from me. They obviously don?ˆ™t care to lose/abuse a repeat customer. I ll take my business to someone honest from now one. Moral of the story: a) You can t trust anyone. b) Do NOT buy an audi.

Best AutoRepair in the Area! Jonathan is the most honest person in the business!

I have owned several foreign cars; Range Rover, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche...even a few Fords.
These guys are the best...Honest, fast, hard working and reliable. I can call Jonathan and he is always honest and straight forward. I can feel comfortable with them telling me the difference of what is critical, needed or can wait. The prices are always the best for the vehicle.
Nice to have someone you can trust!
