They fixed my car very first time.
These guys know what they are doing, they fixed my car very first time. they are very honest and knowledgeable.
I took my Mercedes to dealer to fix they gave me a very high price while these guys did the same work using the same original parts for half a price in a timely manner. I am very happy and recommend this shop to anyone.

Do not ever take your car there.
Now if you want your car to become junk like all the cars in his parking lot then go ahead and trust your baby to Stefan. This man could not even fix skateboard. This man is threatening customers, exchanging good parts for bad ones and causing damage to your car. That man doesn`t even have any diagnostic tools besides hand held scanner. Seen them do tuning by ear so definately your car will not last long. They sabot... view moreage your car claiming you have another problem and performing repairs that you did not authorize. Beware of this scam artist who will force you to pay cash.. His work orders are not itemized and only he can decifer what`s on it.
This man has no idea about electronics on the cars will butcher your car
Now this man has been already convicted and has more lawsuits pending. Do not be afraid of his threats and come forward!!!This man does not belong in the industry where honest mechanics try to make a living. This man is a real scam artist!!Don`t be afraid to come forward!!!

The owner is crazy. DO NOT take your car here!
My story is even worse...Stefan has Visa, Mastercard, and American Express signs posted. When we attempted to pay our bill with a credit card he refused to accept the credit card, saying he would only accept cash. He stated that his machine was down. I contacted Visa while at his shop, and Visa said it didn`t matter they could still conduct the transaction manually, but he refused to cooperate with them. He then ... view morechanged his story saying he decided two weeks ago that he no longer accepted credit cards. This turned into a big conflict since I didn`t have that much cash ($2193.00), and he called the police on me. When they arrived, and I explained what was going on, Stefan refused to discuss the matter with them, stated that he was the ""president and the owner"" and could do whatever he wanted and that the police should remove me from the premises. He became aggressive, used racial slurs toward the police, and was actually arrested and taken to jail because of his behavior towards the officers. I still do not have my car. While there, the police informed me that it was the second time they had been called to his shop in one week for the same reason. On top of all that, he performed work on the car that my husband told Stefan he specifically did not want done. He also refused our request to provide us with an itemized bill of the charges, saying that he ""didn`t have time for such nonsense."" Stay far away from this place!

Avoid this place. Stefan is a con artist . His troubleshooting skills are bad at best.
Stefan ripped me off too. He replaced a water pump on my car when the true issue was electrical. I pulled off the lot went two miles up the road and the issue occured again. He said for me to bring it back Monday he was going out of town.He got me for overr $700.00 and then said that the dealership was incorrect when the fixed the electrical (SENOR) problem with the car not starting. By the way since the sensor was r... view moreeplace have not had the issue occur again.I would not take your car to him..

Not recommended. Very much a scam artist.
My experience with Stefan International Car Service has been very bad. In November 2006, I took my Porsche 944 for inspection and repair. The symptoms/problem that I reported: 1) A clicking sound similar to a CV joint problem, 2) An oil change and 3) Leaking from underneath. The owner (Stefan) indicated the clicking sound to be due to struts and the leak as an oil leak. Total repair cost: $2,500. After getting t... view morehe car back, there was still a leak. By this time, I had to travel for work and my wife took the car there. Total repair cost: $700.00 (after being quoted $500.00). This leak supposedly was different than the first leak.
My wife had to return 2 or 3 different times because when the first repair occurred, the steering wheel had been turned, such that instead of the wheel being straight while driving in a straight line, the steering wheel was slightly turned to the right.
Fast forward to January 2007. The clicking sound from the first repair ($2,500) has returned. I`ve taken the car back for what I believe is warranty work. All of a sudden, Stefan is not at the business. His mechanic does not communicate (I think some language barrier... I`m speaking English, but I`m not sure if he`s speaking German or something else). Stefan is never there. He leaves his wife in charge of the shop, and she knows NOTHING about cars. The problem is that when Stefan finally does return and you call him (he never returns your call), his wife has told him something different than what I otherwise said.
I notice Stefan now has an attitude. He has hung up on me when debating on the telephone. He walked away from my wife. In my business, if I treat my clients this way, I will no longer have those clients.
I do not recommend taking your car to this business. They lack sincerity, knowledge of the work they are supposed to do and most of all lack good customer service.
