Best Experience Ever

All of my past car repair experiences have been horrible, be them at a Dealership`s body shop or with some neighborhood Bubba. However, my recent experience with Carsmetics in Alpharetta couldnt have been better. From the time I came in to get a quote (which was consdierably cheaper than my luxury car dealership) to the time I picked up my vehicle. I was treated fairly and efficiently. Best work every

I have had a few car repair experiences in the past but this surpassed them all! From the moment you step into the shop you know this is not going to be your average mechanic experience. A clean environment, great waiting room, friendly knowledgable staff that are not trying to increase the price - just get your car repaired the best way possible. I ended up taking my car back to do more work on some minor dents a... view morend scratches because I was so impressed with the results the first time around. When all the work was finished I felt like I had gotten a new car. The fact that they include the car rental in the price makes it that much more convenient. Highly recommend!

Carsmetics Rocks!

Needed repair on the front bumper of my Infinity G35. Great price, excellent service, like getting a brand new bumper! They even gave me a rental included. I`ll be back to get the dings and scratches fixed on the rest of the car! Great work!

Great service - just what I was looking for!

I was looking for a one-stop dent, ding, paint and especially, wheel repair and found Carsmetics. The price was fair, the service was excellent (thanks Chris) and the work done was excellent. Carsmetics makes it easy for you to have a like-new car again.

Quick, quality paint repair

I had some minor damage to the side view mirror on my Dodge Challenger. I had heard of Carsmetics on the radio so I went by to check it out. I was greeted quickly and courteously by Chris. He explained what Carsmetics was all about. He then took a look at my damage, and within 5 minutes I had a quote for repair. I scheduled the repair at that time. On the scheduled day, I dropped my car off at 8am when they ope... view morened. Carsmetics arranged and paid for a rental car for the day. I received a call early in the afternoon that my repair was finished and I could pick it up at any time. I picked up the car and the damage was totally repaired and looked great. The cost was the exact same as the quote...no surprises. I`ll certainly use Carsmetics again if the need arises and I`d certainly recommend ANYBODY with any body damage to give them a call.
