David (owner) has an unbelievable attention to detail! I have a red Audi A4 that had rear end damage. This required repainting of the metal quarter panels and the fiberglass bumper cover. With these two materials and the unique red Audi paint, it made it difficult to match the two surfaces even though both had fresh paint. Without me specifically saying I was unhappy, he voluntarily called me and asked me to bring th... view moree car back in because he was not happy with how it turned out. (He had told me originally to take it home and look at it the following day in sunlight, but then called me directly after I took it home.) After a second attempt that HE was not happy with, he called in the regional paint expert (at his own expense) in order to make it perfect. Long story short, he treated my car like his own, and I am extremely satisfied with his work and customer service. I strongly recommend Alfa to anyone who needs their "baby" treated well!

Very professional! I had such a wonderful experience at Alfa Collision when my BMW got wrecked. When they were done with it, there was no evidence it had been in an accident. They were very courteous and honest on how much it would cost- and I felt they were very fair on price.
