When arriving at Terry Reid Kia I was a bit overwhelmed. In my past I never was able to get a brand new car, and now I was. I was running around looking at every car and wanting to drive them all, I was like a kid in a candy store. I then saw the new optima and had to drive it. After driving it I had to have it. Terry Reid Kia has the best se...

Terry Reid Kia has the best service around. I went to a few other dealers in the area and no one gave me the same attention. I`m not very high matienace, I just want to be acknowledged that I`m here to spend money and want to get the best deal possible. I was able to get all of this at Terry Reid. I got a great deal and the service was far greater then any other dealership.

I went with my daughter to Terry Reid Kia for her first time shopping for a new car. I was expecting them to try to rip her off or get her into something that she couldn`t afford. The salesmen was actually very nice and was showing her cars that were in her price range and not some that looked nice but not reasonable. 2thumbs up in my book.

Reading about the new Optima a...

Reading about the new Optima and hearing about its all new design, I had to get a better look. How else to get a good look at a new car then going to the dealer and driving it for yourself. I went down to Terry Reid Kia and met a salesman. I told him that I was interested in the new Optima and he told me it was a great new car. I drove it and fell in love. One of a kind service departme...

One of a kind service department. They showed me a great experience. It is only my second time coming to this service department, considering I just moved close to here. 2 FOR 2 so far, keep up the good work I am a new Fan of Terry Reid Hyundai in GA!

All around the worst dealership ever!

It has been years since I bought a used Ford Explorer sport that had some issues. The finance guy, salesman and general mgr were a joke. I even went after Terry Reid himself, to no avail. He cared less. I would never go back or reccommend them.

Poor service standards.

I have owned a Kia Minivan since February of 2005. I bought it in the Rome location and was told I could bring it there for service, I have had to travel to Cartersville for every oil change etc. to keep up my warranty because the Rome location never got a licensce to have a service area. Everytime I went to the Cartersville location for any type of service there has always been some sort of hassle or problem, althou... view moregh most of the employees are nice enough to talk to I believe them all to be incompetant and the business run very poorly in regards to customer satisfaction. I would not recommend the dealership to anyone!
