Horrible Dealership
I would never recommend or visit this dealership again. I spent three days test driving 3 separate vehicles. The one I purchased (or almost) was taken away from me after I signed all the paperwork and had it added to insurance. Why? The management gave me the wrong car!!! They also failed to return my rental car as promised, which cost me an extra day rental.
Beware of this dealership, Two of the vehicles I... view more drove looked fine but the Engine Light came on during the test drive.
Management is of no help either. I spoke with the Controller as was not offered any recourse.
STAY AWAY! ENTER AT OWN RISK!

Not To Be Trusted
Three items first...
1. Good inventory of product when I was there (Dec 2010),
2. Sales and Finance teams are well trained, professional, & courteous, but somewhat aggressive
3. The management team is lacking basic people skills and employs tactics that I thought were rejected as valueless in the 80s
My issue: I bought a 2011 Dodge RAM 1500 that had defects that I came to find out were documented by Dodge... view more and known to Ed Voyles before I bought the vehicle. If disclosed to me during the buying process (i.e., if they answered my questions honestly), I would not have purchased the vehicle I purchased. I get caveat emptor, but lies of omission are a whole other matter.
I do not trust this company and would strongly encourage car buyers to look elsewhere.
BUYER BEWARE!!!

The Worst Car Buying Experience in Town!!!
The service at the Certified Used Car lot was really terrible. The used car sales person along with the used car sales manager were uncooperative when asking for help with a problem with a vehicle that they were clearly aware of- stating the problem had magically fixed itself but then the problem reappeared. It`s amazing how quickly the sales person and the sales manager gave me the run around. I ended up going to... view more another dealership to fix the problem. I would stay far from this dealership.

The Best Car Buying Experience in Town!!!!
Whenever it is time for me to go buy a car, I dread walking around the lot, being approached by the ""sales vulchers"" and having to haggle to deal only to know I will walk out paying more than I planned when I walked in.
For the first time, I was able to enjoy my car buying experience! I was politely greeted without being harassed. I walked the lot and talked with my sales associate Scott Lucas about what it w... view moreas I was looking for. He took the time to listen to my wants and took me directly to the Ram 1500 I was looking for. We took the Ram 1500 for a test drive and I loved every minute of it.
Next, came the portion I dreaded haggling over my monthly payments. However, to my surprise there was no haggling. Scott made sure everything went in sync and the managers did all they could do to keep me in my payment range. Everyone was friendly, polite and it was truly enjoyable.
Upon completion of purchasing my Ram 1500, I for the first time enjoyed my car buying experience and recommend any and all to visit this dealership.

TERRIBLE CARS - WORSE MANAGERS!!!!
I have bought 2 cars at this dealership in the past 4 years. 1st was a Ford 150, which they tried to charge me almost $3,000.00 more than the internet price. I drove of the lot after the purchase and 24 days later, the transmission failed! I called to see about the vehicle and the Manager told me that it was to bad and that the car was sold AS IS for a reason. 2 months later the engine failed and had to be replace, t... view morehe another month went by and the Radiator needed to be replace. Already just 5 months after having the car, I had put almost $4,000.00 into the truck. That was in 2008. Last year, August 25, 2010, I bought a PT Cruiser, they once again tried to sell me the car at a higher price than was marked, but I was able to ""convince"" them that was wrong. They made it sound like they were making me a deal but really the car was a HUGE mistake. The power steering hose and belt went out in 15 days, they refused to repair the vehicle for free until the GM got involved, then the battery went out, then the radiator, the 2 engine mounts, then the power steering pump! After all this I went to complain and again was brushed of to a sales man because ALL the managers were unavailable, the salesman showed no remorse. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

John Peterson will take care of you!
I did not purchase my care at Ed Voyles, but I have taken it to the service dept. there a few times to have it worked on. John Peterson has take such good care of me, bending over backwards to find the problems I was having with my car and even setting me up with a rental when they had to keep my car for a few extra days. He`s a gem!!!

Horrible customer Service, Paid for services not completed.
I purchased a used vehicle recently from Ed Voyles in Marietta. I paid them to submit the title information to the county. They failed to do so before my temporary tag expired. When I first called, they didn`t even look into my paper work - they just said ""oh, it usually takes 3 weeks or so - just keep waiting."" So when nothing showed up in the mail, i started calling the county commissioner`s office & they looked ... view moreup my vin number and said no paperwork had been submitted by the dealer. I called the dealer multiple times over a 2 week period, only to have the MANAGER tell me ""the lady who does that isn`t here"" and that he`d call me back with answers. No one EVER called back, and every time I called the same thing happened. I couldn`t get answers from them or any sort of explanation as to why they had NOT DONE WHAT I PAID FOR THEM TO DO, or why they seemed to obviously NOT CARE about helping me in any way. It is extremely frustrating. If you are looking to buy a Jeep or any other vehicle, try someplace else - you`re bound to get better service than I did.

Questionable Service Department
They ""found"" over $3,000 in extra repairs to bill to an extended warranty when I had a simple lock repair done.
I had a key fob reprogrammed and the next day my battery died. (One that they had put in 3 years earlier.)
Perhaps coincidental . . . but I don`t have a high level of trust for service departments of dealerships.

A very Expensive Mistake
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with ANY type sales transaction. The salesman was pushy, but I was willing to overlook that. The car was NEVER serviced the entire time they they had it. The oil had not been changed in over 5000 miles and I had to INSIST that the oil be changed before I took posession of it. I have had to bring it back to their worthless service department 1-2X weekly since I p... view moreurchased my vehicle. I approached the manager and while always nice to my face he will never return my phone calls or e-mails. I have had to drive out to Smyrna to finally track him down. He is worthless and has been very little (if any) help at all!!!
Consider yourself warned. They do not take very good care of their customers or their product.
