Don`t walk RUNAWAY from them

Worst experience EVER! I had so many issues when signing my deal. I went into the dealership in Feb 2011 to shop for cars. I purchased my 2011 Kia Optima on 3/2/11 ... I ended up having to sign my deal 3 different times. Now I had a horrible experience but the dealership tried to fix it by giving me a bunch a free oil changes which I never used. Well fast forward til March 2013. I go in and get my tires changed a... view morend few other things done. I spend nearly $1500 on my car. I was fairly satisfied with the service, until one of my tires popped and I called in regards to any warranty on the $105.00 tire that cannot be used. I was told by the smart @$$ advisor that should call my insurance company. Hmmm call my insurance company and pay $500 deductible for a $105 tire... So when I asked to speak with his manager he proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and left a message for the service manager. I still haven`t gotten a call back so I ended up having to call Kia Corporate Offices and file an official complaint. All they want is your money and they don`t care what they do to get it. Once they have it they treat you with complete disregard. Go to Deland Kia they will treat you better. Any Kia dealership in central Florida is owned by the same company and they will treat you like garbage!!

My wife and I had a terrible experience at this dealership. We had just finished test driving a vehicle and wanted a simple printed invoice of what the price + fees would be. The manager named Anas came to our table and had the audacity to say and I quote "You want me to work for you for nothing??ˆ?. Apparently having to plug in a few numbers on his computer and print it out was too much work and not worth the sal... view moree of a brand new car. With that kind of treatment even before I buy the car I can only imagine how horrible it would be after the purchase. The salesman we had before the manager showed up was trying to earn our business, it?ˆ™s too bad the manager had to show up and ruin the sale. We won`t be returning to them when we buy a car later this week.

DO NOT GO HERE! First car was awesome, Second car the worst experience. Go to other dealer. Buy a KIA but not from here. If I could rate below 1 star I would. They lie and try to sell you things you do not need.

Terrible Sales and Service

I was absolutely shocked at how rude the salesman at this dealership was. We were looking at a new Kia Rio but needed them to work with us on the APR or sticker price (which the salesman admitted to us was inflated by at least 3,000$). We asked for him to give us more value on our trade-in to bring the new car into a more reasonable price range. He said he would check. He then decided to insult our inte... view morelligence by bringing up a folded piece of paper to the table. He said, ""This is what your trade-in is actually worth to us"" and unfolded the paper to reveal a single dollar bill. We got up and left at that point because if that`s how you`re going to sell us a car, I can only imagine how you`ll act once you have our money. Avoid this place at all costs unless you like being insulted and overpaying for budget cars.
