We took our vehicle in for an oil change and it literally took half an hour just to get entered into their system. And there was no line, it was just us!!!! Thank God there was no one behind us or I am sure they would have finally given up and just left the place. We are patient people so we waited it out, but I`ve got to tell you, any time it takes that long to merely get registered at the front desk to get a sim... view moreple oil change, you have to wonder what else is wrong with the place. The vehicle was ready when promised, though, so that was a positive. But again, checking out at the desk was slow. The whole ordeal took about 3 hours, and I am not exaggerating. For a simple oil change!
