I called to get information on acquiring an estimate and they answered the phone with "Hello?" There was no greet, no good morning, or even the business name mentioned, I thought I`d dialed a wrong number. I asked if this was the body shop, they said "yes" so I continued with my question of an estimate. The guy in spanish asks me if I speak Spanish, I answer a little, and he says get someone to t... view morealk spanish and hangs up on me. I wish he would`ve at least tried to speak with me, or said something before he hung up.
