I have been taking my vehicles for oil changes at this location since 1988. They are quick, professional, friendly & very helpful. They will let you know when they find something wrong with your vehicle, but it is not an upsell like other oil change places who want you to get the work done at their place. There have been 2 or 3 times where they pointed something out & I took it to my mechanic & sure eno... view moreugh it needed repair. Just today they showed me how one of my tires was starting to split. Needless to say, I drove it directly to a tire dealer & got new tires. I can only imagine what could have happened if they hadn`t noticed the bad tire. Thank you, Victory Quick!!

If your vehicle takes 6 qts, it must be one of those huge gas guzzlers.. You deserve to be charged extra. I have never had an issue with VQL in OC. I`ve been taking my vehicles there since 2004. Nicest bunch of mechanics I`v ever had the privilege of working with. I see the same faces every time I go. That says a lot. Overcharged

I had my oil changed there. They said it took 7 qts. but my owner`s manual states 6 qts. with filter. I was qharged for an additional 1.75 qts. Do they do this to everyone?
