the best salesman we encountered in SW Florida

Those who love cars are familiar with the phrase ""where the rubber meets the road"" In the case of reviewing whether to buy an extended warranty for my previous 2007 Buick Lucerne or buy a new one, we visited every Buick dealer from Venice Fl to Naples FL (five dealers). The ""rubber"" is the first salesman who greets you and strives to make a deal on an acceptable car. We`s visited most of these five dealers seve... view moreral time over a month long persio and had rejected Devoe due to the first salesman who approached us a month earlier. But the good Buick website inventory capabilities sent us back there to look closely at two specific cars... and we were fortunate enough to be met by John Flanagan. He has the charm, patience, personality and diligence to ""work for the customer"" to put us in a Devoe 2011 Lucerne. after two dozen dealerships visits and eight different brands of cars reviewed.
