Terrible Service

Lets start with the drop off of vehicle. At that time the manager was very freindly. After a week in the shop the day came to pick up the vehicle.I advised Wes the Manager the car was still pulling to the left.Wes the manager walked outside and stated you need tires get them and that will fix the issue. Thats funny when the car drove straight before the crash.After further inspection of the car there were mising bolt... view mores some of the parts were not even touched also overspray all over the front of the car.I placed a call to someone named Art and requested a return call from someone other than Wes. Guess who called back you got it WES.You could tell he did not want to make the call but was forced to. After rudly asking when could I bring the car back. Wes did not even have courtsey to even say sorry for the issue he simply hung up with no goodbye or anything. With that being said .If you want sub par repairs on your vehicle please visit Wes at Goron Chevrolet Lutz Fl 33618 I do wish i did not have to go back and get the repaired repairs fixed you would think they would have someone check to make sure the job is done correctly. Just another case of th Insurance company and the repair shops close relationship.Consumrs are 2nd on the list.

Excellent customer service

I was 4,000 dollars upside down in my trade. Stop at many dealerships and was told I couldn`t be helped. Drove by gordon chevrolet and talked to Mike Fircano. He was the nicest person I`ve ever talk to about buying a car. He was honest and treated me like a member of his family. His manager was mad at what he was trying to do for me because he was going above and beyond what his job required him to do for any custome... view morer. After about an hour, I out of my mercedes and driving a SRX at a lower payment. See this guy, he will give it his all and do his best to get you where you need to be both in payment and in type of car you want not just need. Give him a call, he not a typical car salesman, he`s just a good ole boy!

Best Service

I had been using another dealer who closed. They treated me like I bought my car from them, and took care of me even though I was out of my warranty. Could not have been nicer, and Helped! Not used to that from a dealer. I would highly recommend them.

You`ve got to be kidding.......

In the market for a new vehicle. Came across a 2006 Equinox. Would have walked off the lot with it. However, noticed a bullet hole in the windshield and a nail in the tire. I kind of wanted that fixed as I had a hard time spending 12K for a vehicle that looked like it had been in a drive thru shooting. The windshield after arguing with them would get fixed even tho it happened on their lot. The salesman said kids had... view more been shooting at the windshields from the road. The tire they refused to budge on saying that could have happened on the test drive of all 5 minutes. NOT! They said I could go purchase tires after I buy the vehicle. So let me drive the car on the test drive, wreck and get injured from a nail in the tire. I probably could have gotten the car for free than - RIGHT! Lousy customer service but typical of a car dealership.

Best Place to Buy a Car in Tampa Bay

After hours of shopping it was nice to find a dealer that cares. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. There are plenty of vehicles to choose from and they will lay out your options for you. If you want a honest dealer that will work for you stop at Gordon.

Took my car there for service and the service manager was extremely rude and used profanity. Called me a lier and claimed I was out to get him??? umm ok- yeah GET a LIFE!!!! Go elsewhere is you need service like Ferman Chevy.

Only if I have to...

If you need a chevy dealership and your in north Tampa on Dale Mabry this is all there is. Don`t expect anyone to come to you out on the lot, new or used.
