UnEthical Service Dealership
A seemingly easy repair, covered by warranty ended costing us Big $ because of unauthorized work. Service fixed it once, charged big bucks, but did not road test. Car had same problem upon returning home, next day they changed a part, simple matter, but in addition they performed other work not needed nor requested by us, and charged us many hours of labor,
Upon trying to talk with service dept so as to get all t... view morehis cleared, they were very rude, abrupt, discurteous. They of course know it would cost the customer more in legal fees than the fees they charged, so they know they can get away with it.
Stay away from this Dealership, there are other ethical Ford Dealers around. Look closely

They fix it the first time!
Bill Currie Ford is the only Ford place I would go to. As far as the work, and their willingness to compromise, Bill Currie has been a 5. I have had 3 different cars taken to them after accidents. They have always done a great job on everything. They also handle all the insurance as well, so I don`t have to do anything.
In the past, I used their service a lot, but lately I haven`t as much because I am not as close t... view moreo them. However, I have a Grand Marquis and they are the only ones I let touch it.
We have been in Tampa for 22 years, and I used Bill Currie Ford off and on throughout that time. I haven`t really bought a car there, I used them more for service and as a body shop.
The quality of service is what makes me use Bill Currie. You can go to another place and get better prices, but with Bill Currie Ford, I know that I am not going to have to come back with the same problem. Often with other places, though they quote a lower price, they keep adding on additional things, like a hose, or a some other small part, so it ends up being expensive.

Excellent service department!
I`m in the military and moved to the area about 6 months ago. I wasn`t for sure where local dealerships were located and found Bill Currie Ford service department, which has been nothing but great from customer service to the techs. Nice to have a person to go to every time you come in. Helps build relationships. Mike and his team are awesome. And very professional. They keep up the great customer service.

I love coming here to service my vehicle because Mike knows me and my car! He gives me great customer service and I choose to come to your dealership instead of where I purchased it. Your prices are reasonable and the personal attention I got from Mike and the rest of the service department personnel is bar none the best I have ever received.

Cell Phone Solicitors
I took my Ford to Bill Currie to be serviced last year thinking they would be faster than Ernie Haire and have regretted it ever since. They call my cell phone every other month and leave long messages about sales on new cars and service specials. I have asked them REPEATEDLY not to call my cell and waste my minutes. They apologize and reassure me it won`t happen again. But it does.
I have reported them to the &q... view moreuot;Do Not Call Registry" but they think they can get around it because I HAD prior business with them. Had being the key word. They have ticked me off to the point I wouldn`t buy anything from them, let alone a car.
If you visit them for any reason, don`t give them your cell number. Tell them you`ll call them. Once they get your number, they will call you about sales on new cars and service specials.
