They were having the building painted when they had my brand new car. I did not realize until I got home that they got over spray all over my car. I had white paint everywhere. I tried several times to call them but t... view morehey would not answer. I sent hours washing my car picking off all the overspray. Then within a day my windows started bubbling. 4 out of 5 windows need to be redone. They have marks and bubbles. I have made several calls and several trips up to the shop. He keeps telling me tomorrow he will fix it. This last trip he said he would definitely fix the windows but when I got there FPL had shut off their power. (What good company can?ˆ™t even pay their bills) I told them I wanted a refund for my windows since they do not want to fix them. They told me I would have to wait until they could get the money up. So now I have to go to another tint shop and pay more money to have my windows fixed. BEWARE OF GATOR TINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

from terrific to TERRIBLE (new mgmt)

Formerly on Davie Blvd and Riverland Road, this was a terrific and trustworthy place to get your car tinted. That is why you see positive ratings. Now, however, it has moved and is being run by unprofessional, inefficient, uncaring, unqualified, and incapable hood rats. The real story

I personally use to work at this shop when it was ran by Shawn (The real Gator). He taught me how to hang film and ran his shop very well. It wasn`t until his partner that runs the place now, stole this mans share of the business from right under him. Stop passing judgement

I felt compelled to respond to some posts regarding Gator Tint. What happened to a person is innocent until proven guilty there has been no trial yet and people are already convicting this man. The posts are a defamation of character and they are harsh and cruel. Fair business

After reading these reviews, I am a little shocked. I have taken my last 3 cars to this place and the 2 cars I kept had to go back for re-tint due to age. I have never had an issue with this business not taking care of the warantee. The first time I went back with my car I had lost my reciept... they had a record of it and took care of the problem... free of charge. I was very satisfied and will go back again.

lifetime warranty scam

I had my vehicle titnted there and soon after the film was peeking off. After several calls and attempts to have them fix the situation. they finally told me to come in. I had to remove all the tint and was even going to allow them to just retint the front two windows. After taking my keys to do so RANDY the manager attempted to keep my origional receipt that stated "" LIFETIME"" waranty. he wanted to reprint a n... view moreew receipt that did not give me a waranty. Unreliable/dishonest

We hired Gator Tint to do some windows in our home. The film did not dry properly. After many phone calls they came and looked at it (3 months later) and agreed to replace the film. The owner, Randy came with a helper to do the work. They brought auto window tint to put on our house windows! While taking off the old tint they shattered one of our windows and refused to take any responsibility for fixing it. Randy ha... view morelted the job and said he would not come back to finish the job because our windows needed to be resealed. We had 2 other tinting companies come to look at our windows. They said our windows were fine and did not need to be resealed. We hired one of the companies to come and redo the tinting. One man came, took off the old tint applied residential window tinting, gave us a signed copy of the contract for the work a warrenty for the film, a copy of their business lisence and proof of their insurance.. Randy, of Gator Tint never provided any of these documents. We feel that Randy of Gator Tint has cheated us out of $ 400.00. We havecontacted him twice by letter to review our complaint and he has never replied. I would never recommend this company for any work. I feel that any good reviews given this company must have been posted by them!
