Very unprofessional staff

One employee named Julio was trying to help me, I believe he was a new employee and even when he had questions about their computer system the asst manager was completely Ignoring him which also was holding me up. The asst manager looked like a tattooed homeless person and very rude to him and myself. Very unprofessional and I felt so bad for Julio who had to work with such people. I would never go back!
