Avoid this place!! its worth the drive down south to go to a better dealership! They treat you like you a trash, lie and cheat you. Worst of all they get away with it because they are the only Infiniti in this area! The service department is a joke, my car was in the shop for two weeks while they did absolutely nothing to it. They never even called me, I had to call them. They refuse to recognize a problem in my car ... view moreby saying it is "normal" yet they can`t duplicate this "normal" noise in another car!!
