Went in last weekend ready with cash in hand. Walked in with my son dressed in regular shorts & sandals. There were 5 salesman outside chatting all dressed in tacky shirts. I walked in the showroom and walked out and asked another salesman ( not in the group) where I could find the Accent hatchbacks, was told in the back of lot. I walked again passed the 5 salesman that where in a laughing conversation and again ... view morenot one asked me if I needed help. My son and I walked all the back lot and looked at several cars ( locked ). Came back to my car & left. When I arrived home I called the General manager for that day and explained what happened. I figured they did not bother with me because of the comfortable way I was dressed so they probably figured I had no $. (wrong !) Mgr. asked me to come back in and he would take personal care of me. I said no way. Should get there salesman to be better people and treat everyone the same, whether they are dressed fancy ( with no money ) or relax look with cash in hand. So, long story or I should say better ending story, I just purchased ( Cash ) my brand new car 2013 Hyundai Hatchback from Rick Case with 20/2000,000 warranty because they offer at no extra charge double the warranty. Thanks for pointing me in a respected dealership jerks.
I will make sure my friends or anyone that asks me about my new car to point them to Rick Case for any sales.
Doral Hyundai representatives are a disgrace and I have also heard that the service dept. personnel are telling people they need service or charge for a service that was not done. This really is the lowest dealership.

After loosing my keys I wanted...
After loosing my keys I wanted a new remote alarm devise., my spare one was giving a hard time because it was so old. So I took my car to the service department and 3 hours later and $200.00 bill , all my doors will lock with remote except the drivers door which I have to click on the remote and continue to use the key to open or close. I am very satisfied with my new Sonata from Doral Hyundai. I recommend this dealer! Elisa and Carlos from the Internet Department went out of their way to give us the best deal possible. We were so happy that my mom ended up buying a New Hyundai for herself. You would be slighting yourself if you didn`t purchase a car through them. Would definitley do business with them again!

Horrible Service
Their service dept is very rude and they try hard to rip off the customer. Be extra careful if your car`s warranty is about to run out as that is when they`re most likely to try to rip you off. Stay far away from these crooks.

I am writing to make everyone aware of the practices of a dealership called Doral Hyundai in Doral, FL.
About 2 months ago I had purchased a 2012 Elantra Limited. I have to say that the shopping experience was very positive. However, today, all that positive experience has become one big bitter nightmare.
When buying the car, the dealership agreed to make the last payment on the lease I had. They would not keep... view more the car (a 2009 Yellow Mini Cooper). They would do everything needed to properly returning the car including offsetting all costs associated to it.
When I called on the 14th of October to ensure all was well I had a bad surprise. What prompted me to call was the fact that I have received a bill from BMW Bank informing that the last payment was due.
When I called, I was notified that not only the payment was not made. They had no recollection of us agreeing with them paying it. Furthermore, they said that the car was there at their lot waiting for me to come and pick it up. Since they were unflinching about doing what was agreed I had to coordinate the removal of the car and return of it to the Mini Dealership.
If this was all I would be less unhappy. However, my wife, upon arrival of the Hyundai Dealership with the tow truck (Because of their dishonesty the car could not be driven because it lacked the proper documentation), inspected the car and found that it was vandalized. The Mini Cooper has a logo outside on the trunk. This logo has been removed. The car was dirt and the tires were flat. It was visibly not well taken care of.
While waiting for the car to be towed. My wife learned from one of their employees that Doral Hyundai was trying to sell the car. Since they have failed to do so, they decided to pull this trick on me.
Since Doral Hyundai is adamant in not recognizing their mistakes, I am seeking all possible avenues (including legal action, going to the media, etc.) that may allow me to collect the moneys owed.
I alert everyone: Stay out of this dealership. They will cheat on you without thinking twice.

Do not waste your time going here. They made me drive from another town to arrive there and then tell me, after two hours after giving me the manager and seller crap, that the vehicle had a deposit. I just think they did not want to honor the internet price. At best they are disorganized and do not know what cars are available and which ones are not. Very bad expereince here, do not recomend to anyone.

I wish I could give this a zero star, or maybe a half star. It was the worst car buying experience I have ever been a part of.
While Jesse, my individual sales rep, was a great guy to work with, the same could not be said for the senior management. Juan was dishonest and ingenuous on his promises. Sent me home with the car, then called back a couple days later saying they needed another few thousand dollars ... view moreto get the deal done. Classic sales tactic. Get em used to the car, then tell them you need more money. This, mind you, was done after Juan swore he doesn`t do those kind of deceitful tactics.
Do yourself a favor. Stay away from Doral Hyundai. Visit Carmax or Maroone instead.
