Worst experience at this dealership for servicing. When you go in for regular maintenance they think up a list of things your car needs or doesn`t really need and try to get over on you. This is not a simple, honest place to get your car serviced. I went in for an oil change and one of the shady characters that worked there came out and showed me a list of things my car supposedly needed totaling almost $2,000. Great new car buying experience
I buy a car every three years. This is the first time I have conducted business with Courtesy Toyota. I checked out their inventory and prices online. Great selection and Great prices. See what you can do at another dealer and I bet you will get a better price at Courtesy. I dealt with Albert and Robert in the Internet office. They made things quick and easy. I didn`t have a trade in so I know that made things... view more easier. John in finance even made things easy and stress free. Just a great bunch of people. I would check them out. I will be going back and referring my family and friends. The owner obviously cares about his customers satisfaction.
